  15. there must be a way to dig into this thing. Someone somewhere has the 
  16. technical skills and/or the influence to get this thing investigated. 
  17. There are government agencies that are responsible for these types of 
  18. investigations. Someone will know which ones and then if they are 
  19. bombarded with enough pressure to investigate they will do it.
